His Excellency Msgr Michael French, crsa

Msgr Pavel Maria Hnilica, sj, although he was quite involved with the so-called Popes of Vatican II, given his own experience of the Communist persecution of the Catholic Church, nourished strong sympathies for the Traditional movement. In the month of November 1999, he accepted to consecrate sub conditione in his private apartments in Rome Msgr Emmanuel Korab, a fellow Czechoslovak, Sedevacantist bishop. Msgr Hnilica was following the historical precedents of Msgrs Ngo Dinh Thuc, Marcel Lefebvre and Alfredo Mendez Gonzalez, who performed episcopal consecrations considering the actual religious crisis.

By this consecration, both valid and licit, Msgr Michael French, who was consecrated sub conditione by Msgr Korab in 2004, fully partakes of the purest Catholic lineage, for the preservation of the dearest Treasuries of our Holy Mother the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church, which are the Sacraments, only vehicles of the Sanctifying Grace.

To prevent any misunderstanding and to dissipate some rash judgments let it be clear that His Excellency Msgr French doesn’t claim any geographical jurisdiction, his episcopal oversight being limited to the spiritual real. Furthermore, we don’t have any link of any kind with the “Old Catholics” or any non-Catholic organization.
